Tickets for the guided tour can only be purchased through the website. Tickets for the garden may be purchased at the ticket office in the admission building
A guided tour is the only manner in which Soestdijk Palace can be visited. The guides tell visitors about the building and its former residents. A ticket for the guided tour also provides admission to the park.
The tickets for the guided tour can be purchased only through this website. You can select the day on which you wish to visit the Palace and whether you prefer the morning or the afternoon. You will then be automatically assigned to a guided tour. It is not possible to choose a time yourself or to change this.
Your guided tour begins punctually. There is no guarantee that you can be assigned to another group if you arrive too late. No refunds are given. A visit to the Palace, including the walk from and to the car-park, takes about two hours.
The time indicated on your ticket at ‘enter grounds’ is the latest time by which you should present yourself at the admission building.
You can present yourself at the entrance at the front of the Palace a quarter of an hour after the time indicated on your ticket.
In the Palace you will then have sufficient time to use the cloakroom and the toilets and to view an introductory film about the history of Soestdijk Palace before your guided tour commences.
